Social media, no more than 2 hours

Be it a tea party with friends or a lonely afternoon at night, our companion is a smartphone in hand. We stay connected to social media throughout the day on any device.
Looks like we're having a good time, but experts say different things. Brian Premack, a physician at the University of Arkansas in the United States, recently pointed out that there is a subtle difference between social media use and the mental health problems and depression it causes, which is not easy to detect. If someone is sad or depressed it does not affect social media use in that way. But if someone uses social media too much, it can lead to fatigue.

Scientists claim that spending too much time on social media can cause depression. Even about the effects. Researchers in the US say that spending too much time on Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp or Twitter is harmful to mental health.

The survey collected data from more than a thousand people between 18 and 30 years of age. Analyzing various data provided by them, experts came to the conclusion that one should not spend more than two hours a day on social media.

There is no benefit in spending extra time on social media. Conversely, in addition to mental problems, humans can be self-centered. Work, relationships with friends and family are also negatively impacted.

Therefore the pandemic Corona has put us under stress, most of the time of this Corona day is spent through social media. Time passes and never comes back. Instead of wasting time watching funny videos or doing unnecessary things, you should use the time for your self-development.
One should not spend more than two hours a day using social media.
